Case Description
56789 have little or no root, (loose) need extraction and then implants drilled into jaw. 17 is mostly gone and needs extraction, 16 needs filling or extraction, 30 needs filling or extraction. Last Dentist visit, 1 year ago. Exams done there in Mass, some work done, not completed(we moved) no insurance, but am financially backed for work needed.
