Case Description
i was in an auto vs. bike accident where i received a chipped front tooth. i have no insurance and am EXTREMELY overdue an in need of dental care in general. The drivers insurance co. wants me to send them an estimate from a dentist. i am hoping that if i get an estimate i can then use the check to pay for initial costs and as much as possible towards final bill. i do not have cash to pay and wait for reimbursement
